Occupancy Limits & Extra Guest Charges

• One-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 3 adults (rate includes 2 guests)

• Two-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 5 adults (rate includes 4 guests)

• Two-Bedroom Apartment with Extra Bed: Maximum 5 adults (rate includes 5 guests)

• Three-Bedroom Apartment: Maximum 7 adults (rate includes 6 guests)

• An extra person charge (excluding mattress hire) applies at $25 per person, per night.

Please Note:

These occupancy limits and rates apply only to bookings made directly with Beachside Holiday Apartments (via our website or by phone). Different terms and conditions may apply to bookings made through third-party online agents.

Reservations of Apartments

• Linen: All apartment linen is included in the tariff. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels for swimming. A limited number of beach towels are available for hire at reception for $5 per towel per stay.

• Tariffs: Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Apartment Allocation: While every effort will be made to accommodate requests for specific apartments, allocation cannot be guaranteed.

• Check-In:

  • ​​​​Standard check-in time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm.

  • After-hours check-in: Available by prior arrangement. Guests must contact reception before 3:30pm and provide a $300 security bond.

• Check-Out:

  • Standard check-out time: Before 10:00am.

  • Late check-out: $20 per hour (or part thereof), subject to availability and must be arranged with reception prior to your departure day. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed.

• Security Bond: A $300 damage bond is required on the day of arrival. Failure to provide this bond will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

• Minimum Check-In Age: 19 years. Valid photo ID is required at check-in. Guests under this age must comply with Schoolies Conditions.
   

Deposit Requirements at Time of Booking:

• 2-night stays: 50% deposit

• 3+ night stays: 30% deposit

• Special Events: 50% deposit

• Special Deals/Offers: 100% payment required (non-cancellable; $40 rescheduling fee applies within deal terms)

Final Balance Payment:

The balance is due on the day of arrival and is non-refundable in cases of shortened stays. Your nominated credit card will be charged automatically on the morning of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.

For Sunday arrivals, the final balance will be processed on the preceding Saturday. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid transaction issues.

Local Resident Bookings:

Guests residing in postcodes 2444, 2446, 2443, or 2440 are subject to the same terms and conditions as Schoolies bookings (see below). Management reserves the right to refuse entry if the required security bond cannot be provided.

Return Guest Discount:

• Get a 15% discount applied to your new reservation when you have already stayed with us 1 or more times. 

• The new reservation must be under the same booking name as previous booking. This guest must be staying for the return stay.

• Deal only valid for new reservations, staying between 30th Jan and 14th December.

• Discount percentage applies to our 2-night rates only.

• Prepayment of (at least) one night must be paid at the time of reservation to secure the accommodation.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserve the right to exclude specific dates within this period at its discretion.

 

Stay 4, Pay 3 Deal 

• A minimum stay of 4 consecutive nights is required to qualify for this offer.

• Full prepayment (100% of the total booking cost) is required at the time of reservation.

• Rates are based on the standard 2-night room rate.

• This offer is not available during local special events (such as the Ironman Triathlon and State Cup events) or during NSW school holiday periods.

• This special cannot be applied to existing reservations.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserves the right to exclude specific dates from this offer at its discretion.

Flat Rate $150 Nights Deal

Take advantage of this special pre-paid offer by booking directly via our website or over the phone with our reception team. Please note the following conditions apply:

• Full prepayment of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. Bookings not paid in full will be automatically cancelled.

• This offer is non-refundable.

• Bookings may be rescheduled to alternative dates, subject to availability, with a $40 rescheduling fee payable at the time of change.

• Valid for stays on weeknights only (Monday to Thursday nights) between 1st June and 23rd September.

• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.

• Offer is valid for a One-Bedroom Self-contained Apartment for up to 2 guests only. Room upgrades are not available with this deal.

• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserves the right to exclude specific dates within this promotional period at its discretion.​

​Seniors 7-Night Special

• All guests must hold a valid NSW, VIC, or QLD Seniors Card and present it at check-in.

• Failure to provide a valid Seniors Card for each guest at check-in may result in the standard room rate being applied.

• A deposit of at least one night’s stay is required to secure your reservation.

• $910 for 7 nights in a Standard Two-Bedroom Apartment, based on up to 2 guests.

• Valid for new reservations only for stays between 1st March 2026 and 1 September 2026.

• This offer is not available during local special events (such as the Ironman Triathlon and State Cup events) or during NSW school holidays.

• This special cannot be applied to existing bookings.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserves the right to exclude specific dates from this offer at its discretion.

• Pricing subject to change yearly. Please check pricing at the time of reservation.

Seniors Card 30% Deal

• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required to be eligible for this offer.

• A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking.

• Discount percentage applies to our 2-night rates only.

• This offer is not available during local special events (such as the Ironman Triathlon and State Cup events) or during NSW school holiday periods.

• This special cannot be applied to existing reservations.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserves the right to exclude specific dates from this offer at its discretion.

Group Discounts:

Enjoy exclusive savings when booking multiple apartments:

• 15% Discount – Available when you reserve 3 or more apartments for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights each.

• 20% Discount – Available when you reserve 3 or more apartments for 3 or more consecutive nights each.

• Deal only valid for new reservations, staying between 30th Jan and 14th December.

• Discount percentage applies to our 2-night rates only.

• Prepayment of (at least) one night must be paid at the time of reservation to secure the accommodation.

• Deposits and final balances must each be paid as a single lump sum transaction.

• Final balance must be processed at least 3 days prior to the booking arrival date.

• Group credit card must be provided for security bonds for each apartment.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserved the right to exclude specific dates within this period at its discretion.

Corporate Rate Discounts:

Enjoy exclusive savings when booking for travelling workers:

• Deal only valid for new reservations, staying between 30th Jan and 14th December.

• Only available for bookings over the phone or via email.

• Prepayment of (at least) one night must be paid at the time of reservation to secure the accommodation.

• Deposits and final balances must each be paid as a single lump sum transaction. Bank transfer is preferred.

• Final balance must be processed at least 3 days prior to the booking arrival date.

• A valid credit card must be provided for security bonds for each apartment required.

• A flat rate is available for 1, 2 - 15+ nights for single, two or three persons.

• This rate is designed for business persons that will not be using the properties facilities and are not on site during the day. 

• This deal is not for sport or recreation.

• Beachside Holiday Apartments reserved the right to exclude specific dates within this period at its discretion.

Discounted Pre-paid Deals

• ​100% of total price to be paid within 24 hours of reservation. Failure to pay deposit by the due date will result in the cancellation of the booking.

• Pre-paid discounted deals through our website or direct bookings over the phone with our reception staff will require a prepayment of the total booking cost at the time of reservation. Failure to pay the total booking cost will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

• For reservations where a percentage discount is applied; discount percentage applies to our 2-night rates only.

• Pre-paid discounted deals are non-refundable.

• Pre-paid discounted deals can be rescheduled to another date, however a $40 reschedule fee applies at the time of reschedule.

Cancellations and Amendments

• 28 Days’ Notice Required for Refund:
  Cancellations or partial cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the original arrival date are eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus a $50 cancellation fee and any commissions already paid. This policy applies to the original booking date, even if the reservation has been rescheduled.

• Cancellations Within 28 Days:
  If a reservation is cancelled within 28 days of the original arrival date, the cost of the first night is payable in full. Reservations cannot be rescheduled within this 28-day period.

• Cancellations Within 7 Days:
  If a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the original arrival date, the full cost of the booking is payable. Reservations cannot be rescheduled within this 7-day period.

• No-Shows:
  Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a "no-show", and the booking will be cancelled and released for resale. No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full booking amount.

• Rescheduling & Transfers:
  Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if cancellation occurs at least 28 days prior to the original arrival date. A $40 rescheduling fee applies at the time of transfer.

• Booking Amendments:
  Any amendments that reduce the length of stay or value of the booking will be charged at the original total cost.

• Definition of "Original Booking":
  The term "original booking" refers to the initial reservation dates, even if the booking has since been rescheduled.

  Must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. Additional charges apply.

Optional Cleaning Services

Apartments are not serviced during your stay unless requested (subject to staff availability):

• Full Linen Change (towels & sheets): $30

• Full Room Service (linen change, vacuum, and surface clean): $50

• Extra Bath Towel: $5 each

• Beach Towel Hire: $5 each

• Wet Bed/Mattress Treatment: $100

House Rules​

• Non-Smoking Property:
  Beachside Holiday Apartments is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking, including vaping or the use of any smoking devices, is prohibited inside apartments, on balconies, in the garage, and anywhere on the premises.
  Guests found smoking on the property will be evicted immediately without refund.

• No Pets:
  As per property by-laws, pets are not permitted on the premises at any time.

• No Parties or Events:
  Parties of any kind, including hens and bucks gatherings, are strictly prohibited.
  Apartments are for accommodation purposes only. Prior written approval from management is required for any group functions.

• Disruptive Behaviour:
  Management reserves the right to evict any guest found engaging in disruptive behaviour or breaching house rules.
  Eviction will be enforced without refund and additional charges may apply, ranging from $250 to $500 per breach, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
